Dr. Balakrishnan received the visiting academic status from the National Graphene Institute, the University of Manchester from October 2019 to May 2020.
Dr. Balakrishnan Joined the School of Chemical and Physical Sciences (SCPS) at Keele University as a Lecturer in Physics. She received £15,000 and a PhD studentship as a start-up package from the SCPS. Also, she received another £15,000 equipment fund from the Faculty of Natural Sciences (FNS), Keele University.
